The challenge

Golden Wheat Bakery runs three locations in Krakow. For six years they used paper punch cards — ten stamps for a free loaf. Problem: paper got lost, customers were embarrassed to admit they'd lost their card and stopped coming back. On average only 12% of customers reached the tenth stamp.

Rollout

Setup took 45 minutes. QR scanning at the till replaced manual stamping. Push notifications were live from day one: close-to-reward, 14-day win-back, birthday.

What worked best
